Programs Policy

Results guarantee applies only when the client follows the plan exactly and completes all required check-ins.

• All 3-month programs include daily guidance, reminders, follow-ups, and plan adjustments.
• No extra service fee is charged during your active package. You only pay the package price.
• You can pay in 2 installments. A minimum 50% booking payment is required to start.
• The remaining payment must be completed on the agreed timeline before final-month delivery.
• Refund is only for clients who follow the plan exactly and stay fully active with daily/weekly check-ins.
• We track your routine, meals, updates, and adherence to assess progress fairly.
• If we fail to deliver measurable results in 3 months despite full client adherence, a refund is offered.
• No refund is applicable when guidance is not followed, check-ins are missed, or required updates are not shared.
